    In Tai - Chi pushing hand drills needs no the sequence of technique flow. Because you can flow with the energy of your partner as doing pushing hand drills. Tai - Chi pushing hand drills is for advanced and serious student.

    Tai - Chi movement is for general student. You can gain all of these - relaxation, being at peace with one self, good health and inner strength flow in practice of Tai - Chi movement and Tai - Chi pushing hand drills.
